Password and support

It took three weeks to get the "reset password email" (seems the system does not generate a change request using an iOS devise, had to use a desktop)...and finally two days later can get on the web login. Problem is the app (iOS) does not recognize that the password has been changed. So the Striiv Touch is still bricked...any recommendations or do I just return it?
