Hi Jacki, sounds like your device is in default, which would cause MyLand and other features to disappear from the app. In order for us to confirm this, please email us at customercare@striiv.com and include a screenshot of the debug info screen seen within the device tile (shows picture of device) on the app home screen. We're looking for your device ID, so we can confirm the status of your device in our servers.
