Striiv Fusion Lite

I can't control the music from my bio fusion striiv. Does not work with the application apple music and does not with spotify

I have a Nokia Lumia 520 running Windows 8.1, and it doesn't work with the music app for me either. I emailed the support team and was told that they made the windows app so Windows users could "get started" then they stopped working on it all together.

I've got the same problem with my striiv lite. It says music is playing but nothing coming out
