HELP...factory reset!

 Greetings from New Zealand. I love my Fusion Bio but have just noticed it is not syncing to my had previously. So I have tried everything and now have done a factory it is just saying, on the screen...go to have done this and still seem to be getting nowhere!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but keeps telling me that my email is already assigned to a device. Do I need to deregister it and start from new with a new email address? HELP!!!
