Any Windows users willing to help?

Since Striiv does not plan to work on the Windows app anymore, or even address any issues when I email them directly, I look to you guys for help.

My Fusion Bio has been working somewhat well since the last time the Windows app was touched by Striiv, however I cannot get the heart rate data and steps taken data to sync with the app. I've tried deregistering and registering the tracker from the app and my account, I've tried resetting the tracker, and I've tried keeping the Bluetooth connection on and the app running in the background for a couple days straight with no success. The sleep data is pretty much the only thing that will sync with the app, and even that takes forever to do.

Any other Windows users experience this, and got it to work? Any and all help will be appreciated.
