Sleep mode

Had sleep mode on. Has registered my 7 1/2 hours, but the graph is blank! Any ideas?

Hi Melissa, initially we'd suggest logging out/in - the log out function is under user settings in the app menu. If that doesn't help, shoot us an email at and we'll help you troubleshoot further. 

Tried all that. Couldn't be bothered with a product not working from the get go so returned it and got a different brand. Thanks anyway
