Bio 2 return problems

Customer service stated they would CROSS SHIP my new tracker since it was only 2 weeks old if I would send them the tracking number. I sent tracking number and now they went back on their word. It has been a week and they have not sent the new one off yet. I originally was going to return it for refund to Amazon but Striiv talked me out of it with the CROSS SHIP which was suppose to be faster. If Striiv tells you to send your tracker in, think carefully. MY SOLUTION FOR TRACKER PROBLEMS--RETURN TO PLACE OF PURCHASE
