If you're seeing striiv.com/start or a battery percentage on your Striiv device when you plug it in to charge, your device is in pairing mode. You will need to re-pair the device through the in-app pairing process. 

 

Selecting "Tracker Settings" in the app menu (three horizontal lines on the top left of the Striiv app home screen) will begin the pairing process. If you experience any issues during the pairing process, reference the following article
