Our trackers are designed to sync with the Activity Tracker app at least once every few days. Failure to sync in a timely manner will eventually result in loss of previous tracked activity as the tracker's internal storage is filled and overwritten. 

In general, the longer you go without syncing the tracker with the app, the longer you'll have to wait for previous tracked activity to display within the app. Tracker battery life will suffer as well if the tracker's internal storage isn't regularly cleared out via syncing. It's also a good idea to keep an active connection with the app to ensure phone call/text/app notifications continue to work flawlessly.
